Easily one of the highlights each fall semester is what we call our fall conference. Its a chance for newly formed friends and old acquaintances to get away for a weekend, hear from God and enjoy themselves at a camp with LOTS to do. There’s always lots of opportunity to invite new students who are looking to get plugged into a new campus ministry and to bring along someone who is searching in their faith and want to know more about the Bible.
Here’s the plan for our upcoming fall conference:
General Information
Location: Maranatha Bible Camp
16800 E Maranatha Rd, Maxwell, NE 69151
Dates: September 22-24, 2023, Friday 5pm – Sunday 2pm
Theme: Acts 2 – God Is Writing New Chapters With Each New Generation
Overview of Acts chapter 2: In Acts chapter 2 we see a general framework for all believers. When the Holy Spirit comes with power, salvation by faith begins to take hold all over the world. Believers are then baptized and begin to devote themselves to one another in a local church where they grow to become mature, lifelong disciples.
Fall Conference Mission: We believe this chapter points Christians towards their mission in life: “To reach people with the gospel alongside the local church to make lifelong disciples.”

For Who: College students & working professionals
Camp Cost:
$140/person: Early bird deadline (August 24th by 12 midnight)
$150/person: 2nd deadline (August 30th by 12 midnight)
$160/person – Final deadline (September 6th by 12 midnight)
*Cost includes Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, plus coffee & hot chocolate, bonfire and smores.
(Note: Each church will determing transportation costs)

Housing: Needham hall/dorm
Auditorium: Olsen Chapel
Amenities Included: Indoor gym: basketball, volleyball, climbing wall (roller skating TBD), zipline, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, disc golf, mini golf, campfire and smores on both nights, hot tub, nature trails.
