Jim Wiebelhaus
Jim was raised in Omaha loving family, sports, hunting and the Huskers. God got a hold of his life his freshman year at UNL and he has never been the same. Instead of pursuing his career in Mechanical Engineering, God directed his steps to campus and international ministry which has led to over thirty trips to other countries. Jim and his wife Diane had a blast raising six children. He enjoys taking nature hikes with his wife and doing construction and remodeling projects.
AJ Deleski
As a freshman in high school I made the decision to follow Jesus and make him the King of my life. Since then, God has used the men and women of Acts 2 to show me what a genuine community of believers who want to obey Christ’s commands looks like. As a Campus Missionary, I am passionate about discipling others to obey Christ and reaching UNO with the Gospel.
Devlin McCann
I grew up in a non Christian household but I always had believed in God. I never understood who Jesus truly was and what he did on the cross. Growing up two of my family members and found myself very upset with God which led me down a dark path as I got older. I gave my life to Christ on August 31, 2022 as a freshman in college after two guys with Acts 2 shared the gospel with me. Since then my life has been redeemed and forever changed. As a campus missionary, I spend my time discipling others to grow in their faith and to become disciple makers, along with sharing the gospel message with others.
Kara Van Schooneveld
Kara was born and raised in Omaha. She gave her life to Christ at an early age, and learned in her later years in high school and college what it means to live a life wholly devoted to Him. She went to UNO for Chemistry and still loves learning what she can about it. Kara loves spending time with people, doing anything outdoors, and winning competitive games.
